In today’s market, buyers are finding homes themselves through platforms like Zillow and Redfin, and much of the marketing for sellers is already done online. Yet, the traditional commission model hasn’t changed — and that just didn’t feel right.

That’s why I created Discover Real Estate — to put people first and modernize how real estate works.

For Buyers: We split the commission 50/50 with you, giving you significant cash back to make your home purchase more affordable.
For Sellers: We charge just 1% commission, compared to the traditional 3.2%, so you keep more of your hard-earned equity.
